You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights by using our Service.

Battlegrow may modify, update, enhance, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of or the entire Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following while using the Service:
- Using cheat tools, bots, scripts, hacks or unauthorized third-party software
- Modifying or altering any Service-related files
- Impersonating another person or providing false information
- Selling or trading accounts or tournament access
- Using offensive, abusive or illegal content
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Harassing other players
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Violating fair-play standards or tournament integrity
Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of account access.
4. Access & Network Requirements
You acknowledge that use of the Service requires internet connectivity. Service availability may vary depending on device, connection quality, location, and other variables.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, technology, branding, logos, text, databases, tournament systems, player ranking data, graphics, and code used within Battlegrow remain the sole property of Battlegrow and its licensors.
You may capture and share content (such as gameplay clips or tournament experiences) provided that:
- You do not sell such content
- Content includes the text:
“This content is based on the Battlegrow Service and is not officially endorsed by Battlegrow.”
6. Creator & User-Generated Content
You grant Battlegrow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and utilize any content you upload or submit through the Service for promotional, operational, or analytical purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind. Battlegrow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, nor protection from data loss, crashes, or other disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battlegrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service. In any case, Battlegrow’s maximum liability shall not exceed INR 4,000 / USD 50.
9. Termination
Battlegrow may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for operational/legal reasons. No refunds shall be provided in such cases.
10. Underage Users
To participate in competitions or tournaments, users must be at least 18 years old or have consent of a parent or legal guardian. If a minor provides personal data without authorization, a guardian may request deletion.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party services. Battlegrow is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Security
Battlegrow applies reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, no platform can guarantee 100% protection against unauthorized access, hacking, or data theft.
13. User Rights & Compliance
Users may request information regarding their stored data, request correction or deletion, or express concerns related to data processing. Such requests may be submitted via the support contact.
14. Changes to Terms
Battlegrow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of such changes.
